Let’s face it, it’s almost impossible to stay on any diet or eating plan for an extended period and not slip up sometimes. It’s normal, and it’s not the end of the world. But if you’re serious about reaching your goal weight, it’s what you do after you slip up that’s important.

The sooner you get back on to the Celebrity Slim Programme, the sooner you’ll go back to controlling your weight. If you can stay on track 95% of the time, you will achieve great results.

Tip: If you slip up on your diet on 1 or 2 days, try and get straight back on it. Statistics show that if you delay going back on your diet longer than about 3-4 days, you are more likely to abandon your diet altogether, and gain back all of the weight that you have lost.
