  1. Do you like veggies?  Try to eat 2-3 serves of fruit per day, which keeps you regular and provides the antioxidants your body needs to break down fat cells.
  2. The best fruits to help you lose weight are the ones that have the lowest sugar levels and calorie density. Berries are perfect!  Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries are all great. These fruits also contain very healthy levels of plant nutrients called phytochemicals, along with protective antioxidants.
  3. Eat berries on their own, with other fruits, or natural yogurt.  Try mixing with some chopped nuts for a delicious dessert or allowable snack.
  4. Other good fruits are apples, oranges, peaches, pears, mangoes and grapefruit.
