- 1 pepper, roasted and peeled
- 2 large green olives, cut into cheeks
- 1 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
- fresh dill to garnish
Dressing
- pinch of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- pinch of sugar
