Great news! If you live outside of the UK you can now get hold of our products! We currently don’t ship internationally, but there are “virtual address” services that enable you to get our products overseas. Companies such as UK Postbox’s Shop & Ship service gives you a free address in the UK to receive parcels to, and when they receive your products, they’ll then forward to you. Simply, signup to a free pay-as-you-go Shop and Ship account and use the address they give you when you place your orders with us.
UK Postbox is a separate company to Celebrity Slim you find all information relating to their services including costs on their website.
Products ordered from the Celebrity Slim website can only be shipped to UK and Northern Ireland. We cannot offer a delivery service out of these areas.
Normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm orders and enquiries can only be processed and dispatched within these hours. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays and Christmas week.
Although Celebrity Slim aims to offer you the best service possible, Celebrity Slim makes no promise that the services and products will meet with your requirements. Postage and packing is currently charged at £4.95 per transaction usually next working day delivery (for orders placed before 1pm), or FREE with orders over £50 (excluding shipping). Delivery can take between 2-7 working days.
Please note, heavy/bulky items may be subject to extra delivery charges. In this event, we will contact you and advise you accordingly.
The customer shall inspect the items immediately upon receipt and must notify Celebrity Slim within seven calendar days of any discrepancy or any damaged goods.
Celebrity Slim reserves the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe there is a fraudulent credit card use. You may be asked to provide further proof of your identity and/or proof of credit card. Failure to do so will result in termination of the transaction.
You will be notified by email if Celebrity Slim cancels your order or if your credit card has been declined.
For security reasons Celebrity Slim will log your IP address. Details of all fraudulent transactions will be passed on to the relevant authorities.
We will refund all un-opened items purchased directly from us provided they are received within 2 weeks of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any documentation relating to your order.
Returns of used items are assessed individually based upon merit and should be returned with all documentation relating to your order plus any supporting information that you wish to be considered when evaluating the possibility of refund.
The item and its condition is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post. For returns contact 0800 612 2811.
